Outdoor amenities are shared; the homes on each side are equipped differently.
Pool, Bark Park, and Green Space
The seasonal pool opens for the Oklahoma City summer, set behind fencing a short walk from the apartment buildings. A bark park gives dogs a dedicated run without a drive out to Lake Hefner, and the playground and green space fill the rest. Apartment residents use onsite parking lots and off street parking, with covered carports available for rent; townhome residents get private garages with lawn service.
Inside the Apartment Homes
The updated apartment homes carry upgraded cabinets and appliances. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal come standard, along with a private patio or balcony. Laundry runs on stackable washer and dryer connections rather than a supplied appliance set, so bring your own machines.
Inside the Townhomes
Each townhome is a two-story home with a fireplace in the main living area and a washer and dryer already installed. Kitchens carry the same refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal package, with blue cabinetry and granite counters in some homes. Central air conditioning and cable ready wiring are standard, and the private garage is the clearest difference between the two sides of Diamond Ridge.
Pet-Friendly Living
Up to two pets are welcome per home, with breed restrictions the leasing office can confirm. The bark park means daily exercise happens on the grounds rather than a drive north into Edmond. Pet charges differ between the apartments and the townhomes, so ask which applies.
